Naama SAdan
Researcher. Teacher. Ritualist
I am passionate about creating balance and harmony for individuals and communities, which I pursue through sustainability research, ritual practice, and wisdom based education. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you.

my work
I'm currently a postdoctoral scholar and an interdisciplinary researcher at Stanford University Graaduate School of Education. I studied environmental education and policy at the Hebrew University and the University of California, Berkeley.
My research focuses on two main areas of societal change towards sustainability: how public schools implement sustainability, and how rituals affect environmental behavior. Recently, I expanded my research to see how rituals impact communal behavior in Jewish communities after October 7th.

In addition to my academic work, I am also a traditional scholar of Jewish mysticism. I have written Midrash and translated teachings from Yemima Avital and other women scholars. I teach a method called Ogen, which helps people find stability. My interest in Jewish mysticism led me to explore ancient wisdom, colors, and gardening. I created "Intentional Flowers," a practice where I teach spiritual flower and color arranging that can be used in home decor, event planning, and more.
I'm excited to share everything I’ve learned with you.
